Eligibility:
You are eligible for a full refund if you attend the entire event and are not fully satisfied.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please notify our on-site registration team or email us at info@relationshipschool.com within one hour of the event's completion. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.
Refund Issuance:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.
Conditions:
Attendance: Refund requests must be made within one hour after the event ends.
No Partial Refunds: After the one-hour window, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items:
Travel and Accommodation: Costs related to travel, accommodation, or any other incidental expenses are not covered under this refund policy.
