Structure of the Group

One 90-minute virtual community call per month Sundays at 9am MT, 11 ET. This call is where you can receive or witness couples coaching.

One 60-minute virtual community call on Wednesdays at 4pm MT, 6 ET This call is where we teach and show demos, you ask questions, and you practice

Curriculum - There will be a class to watch together every other week for 4 months, and our virtual meetings will be a place to enhance your understanding of the material, practice tools, and ask questions. Instead of watching Netflix or your favorite show, you’ll watch our class and debrief it together.

Practice and Community - You will meet with one couple once per month to answer 3 questions. You will share stories, insights, and connect with other people who value their partnership and want to develop as a couple.
